Handover is the point where the approved sample, the packed goods and the destination details have to agree. I coordinate that packet. I am not a freight forwarder and I do not sell insurance. The brand still owns commercial terms, customs and compliance.

Approved sample reference, pack list, packaging language and market, inspection scope, destination, agreed Incoterm and who books the forwarder.

Product spec, revision history, packaging approvals, and open questions that still sit with the supplier. That is the packet a forwarder or inspector can actually use.

Can you book the freight?
Not as a standard offer on this site. I can keep the product packet clean so whoever books freight is not guessing the SKU list.
What if bulk misses the sample?
That is why the sample and spec are written down before handover. Misses are handled against that record, not a chat screenshot.
