Sizing is part of the product, not a sticker you add later. Common set builds are 10 nails (one wear, often custom), 24 nails (12 sizes × 2) and 30 nails (15 sizes × 2). The system has to be named before sampling, or fit complaints will be blamed on quality.
What to specify
Name the size map, left/right policy, repeat sizes, customer sizing kit and the exact card or insert language before packaging is printed.
